You will be responsible for setting up and implementing measurement protocols, analyzing data, and ensuring the quality of the products. Many measurements are done by a team of lab operators, lab technologists and functional specialists, which take place on the machines (local & international).

What do we ask of you:

  • A completed higher professional education in chemistry, specializing in paper technology or a related field.
  • Years of experience with research and project management.
  • Knowledge of process technology, preferably in the paper industry.
  • Good oral and written command of the Dutch and English languages.
  • Proficiency in using software such as Excel and Minitab
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively together in a team.
  • A practical attitude and ability to solve problems in a production environment.
  • Analytical thinking and the capacity to identify trends and optimize processes.
